Wellness 養生保健系列簡介

香薰具有鎮靜情緒、舒緩壓力的作用。導師以天然的香薰精油或蠟燭,營造令人放鬆的氣氛。配合呼吸法和溫和的伸展式子,繃緊的神經得以放鬆,疼痛的肌肉得到治療,生活中的種種壓力亦暫時得以釋放。

Aromatherapy brings many stress relief benefits. Aromas trigger instincts and emotions. Yoga weaves neuromuscular memory into our cells. Combining the two, we can condition ourselves to feel the deep calming relaxation off the mat just by smelling the scent that accompanied our asanas.


人體有70-90%是由水份組成,透過頌缽沉穩的缽聲所生產出來的震動頻率,相信可以令人體組織細胞產生和諧共振,把身體細胞調頻,回復到平衡流通,跟大自然協調的狀態,因而感到平靜和舒服,對身、心、靈產生自然正面的幫助,釋放精神壓力及放鬆身體肌肉。

The human body is 70-90% water, and when singing bowls were placed in the body and played, the sound and vibrations from the bowls go throughout the body through the cells, calming the entire body. Numerous cells receive soothing massage because of this process, and we feel calm.

Instructor reminds students to cultivate mindfulness through breathing practise and investigate body sensation and emotion. It promotes physical and mental balance and improving overall health.


美容瑜伽協助學員調整身體,促進血液循環,更會指導學員面部按摩手法,刺激面部穴位,緩解黑眼圈、眼袋等問題。

Beauty yoga refines students's body and enhance blood circulation. Instructor  guides students in facial massage techniques to stimulate facial acupuncture points and relieve dark circles, bags under the eyes and other problems.


都市人長期坐在電腦或辦公桌前工作,形成不良姿勢,引發各種痛症。上班族瑜伽以各種工具輔助,糾正不良姿勢,按摩腰背肩頸及雙腿,讓辦公室一族心身得以放鬆。

Sitting in front of computers for a long time to work leads to poor posture and pain symptoms. Props can be used to help with alignment, deepen physical asanas, and even massage the back, shoulders, neck and legs, help you gain the flexibility and releif stress.
