Enjoyce會為您提供練習瑜伽所需物品,包括瑜伽墊、輔助配件、毛巾及其他所需用品。於空肚情況下練習瑜伽,效果將會更佳,因此上課前2小時應避免進食;亦避免過份飢餓而引起暈眩或受傷。為了保持身體所需水份,上課前後請多飲開水。
· Enjoyce will provide all equipment and tools such as mat, fit ball…etc.
· Do not come into the class with a full stomach. Avoid a full meal two hours before class
· Drink an adequate amount of water before and after class
上課時請穿著舒適透氣的運動裝或瑜伽服。空中瑜伽堂請穿著過膝長褲,初學者請穿有袖上衣,減少空中吊床直接勒緊身體所產生的不適感。服裝基本上以合身富有彈性的材質最佳,不僅動作較俐落,同時方便讓老師看清你的身體姿勢正確與否。
· Wear light and appropriate sport or yoga clothes
· Wear long pants (beyond knee level) for aerial yoga
· For aerial yoga beginners, wear clothes with sleeved tops to reduce discomfort from contacts with hammock
· Wear clothes that made of elastic material and perfectly fits your body size. Not only this help you a better control of the movement but also allow the instructor to clearly identify your correct posture for that asana/exercise

一般來說,適合女性在生理期間做的瑜伽動作,因人而異;而技巧成熟度,與身體的柔軟度也攸關著妳能否勝任特定的瑜伽動作。除了不推薦妳做倒立的動作,力量和會扭轉外,一般輕鬆和伸展瑜伽動作能妳緩解骨盤腔肌肉,放鬆因月經而感到腰痠的情況。
Generally speaking, it varies from person to person as to which yoga asana are suitable for women during menstrual period. Moreover, their individual skill levels, body flexibility are important factors in deciding whether or not to perform a specific asana during menstrual period. As a general rule, handstand or any bodily inverse or asanas that involved much strength and/or twisting are not recommended during menstrual period. But on the contrary, asanas that are more relaxing and stretch-focus can help relief pelvic muscles and backache caused by menstruation.
