課室守則 Classroom Rules

上堂前10分鐘到達,遲到超過10分鐘不能進入。

  • 進入課室前請脫鞋。
  • 如有身體不適或任何健康問題,必須上堂前通知導師。
  • 上課前請關閉手提電話或調較至靜音模式,以免影響課堂。
  • 請勿在課堂中拍攝錄影,或錄音。
  • 如使用我們公司的儲物櫃,必須即日歸還鑰匙,逾時歸還每天收取行政費$100。
  • 如患有高/低血壓患者、眩暈症者、身體有劇烈疼痛或者手術後處於恢復階段者、腕管綜合症患者、嚴重的骨質疏鬆症患者、嚴重頸腰椎病患者、耳雜感染及視網膜脫落患者,均不宜練習倒立動作或倒吊空中動作,請上課前與導師溝通,如身體有任何不適,應即時停止上


  

  • Arrive 10 minutes before the class commences. No admission to class after 10 minutes late. 
  • Please take off your shoes before entering the classroom.
  • If you are unwell or have any health problems, please inform the instructor prior to the lessons begin.
  • Turn off your mobile phone or adjust to silent mode to avoid disturbing the class.
  • No camera. video or audio recordings in class.
  • After the lesson, please immediately return the lockers’ keys to Reception. Members who fail to do so will be charged a handling fee of HKD100 for each day 
  • Members with the following health conditions* are not suitable to practice inverted or upside down aerial yoga. If in doubt, please communicate with the instructor before the class starts. While in classes, members should stop immediately if they physically feel discomforted.
  • *high or low blood pressure; vertigo, server bodily pain or during recovery after surgery, carpal tunnel syndrome, severe cervical lumber vertebrate, ear infections; retinal shedding and severe pain after surgery.

課前準備

Enjoyce會為您提供練習瑜伽所需物品,包括瑜伽墊、輔助配件、毛巾及其他所需用品。於空肚情況下練習瑜伽,效果將會更佳,因此上課前2小時應避免進食;亦避免過份飢餓而引起暈眩或受傷。為了保持身體所需水份,上課前後請多飲開水。

Preparation for Classes

· Enjoyce will provide all equipment and tools such as mat, fit ball…etc.

· Do not come into the class with a full stomach. Avoid a full meal two hours before class

· Consume adequate amount water before class.

衣著

上課時請穿著舒適透氣的運動裝或瑜伽服。空中瑜伽堂請穿著過膝長褲,初學者請穿有袖上衣,減少空中吊床直接勒緊身體所產生的不適感。服裝基本上以合身富有彈性的材質最佳,不僅動作較俐落,同時方便讓老師看清你的身體姿勢正確與否。

Clothing

· Wear light and appropriate sport or yoga clothes

· Wear long pants (beyond knee level) for aerial yoga

· For aerial yoga beginners, wear clothes with sleeved tops to reduce discomfort from contacts with hammock 

· Wear clothes that made of elastic material and perfectly fits your body size. Not only this help you a better control of the movement but also allow the instructor to clearly identify your correct posture for that asana/exercise

空中瑜伽要注意什麼?

  1. 在課堂前三小時不應進食,以免在課堂中感到胃部不適
  2. 在課堂前一晚,要確保有足夠睡眠時間(8小時以上)
  3. 上課當天不要進食牛奶,豆奶,咖啡,奶茶等刺激腸胃食物。
  4. 學員注意凡有以下症狀不適合參加空中瑜伽課堂: (心臟病、曾中風、懷孕、青光眼、近期手術、高或低血壓、發作性眩暈、骨質疏鬆症、最近頭部受傷、腕管綜合症、嚴重關節炎、耳朵感染、視網膜脫落患者、鼻竇炎、椎間盤突出症、在六小時內接受肉毒桿菌注射)

What are the precautions for aerial yoga?

  1. No food should be eaten three hours before class to avoid stomach discomfort during class
  2. Make sure to get enough sleep (more than 8 hours) the night before class 
  3. Do not consume milk, soy milk, coffee, milk tea and other foods that stimulate the stomach and intestines on the day of class.  
  4. Members with the following symptoms are not suitable to participate in aerial yoga classes: (heart disease, stroke, pregnancy, glaucoma, recent surgery, high or low blood pressure, paroxysmal vertigo, osteoporosis, recent head injury, carpal tunnel syndrome, severe (Arthritis, ear infections, retinal detachment patients, sinusitis, intervertebral disc herniation, receiving Botox injections within six hours)

男性可以上瑜伽嗎?

 本公司所有課程均適合男女同學參加。 

Can men take yoga?

All Enjoyce courses are suitable for male and female members 

女性生理期期間可以做瑜伽嗎?

一般來說,適合女性在生理期間做的瑜伽動作,因人而異;而技巧成熟度,與身體的柔軟度也攸關著妳能否勝任特定的瑜伽動作。除了不推薦妳做倒立的動作,力量和會扭轉外,一般輕鬆和伸展瑜伽動作能妳緩解骨盤腔肌肉,放鬆因月經而感到腰痠的情況。 

Can women do yoga during their menstrual period?

Generally speaking, it varies from person to person as to which yoga asana are suitable for women during menstrual period. Moreover, their individual skill levels, body flexibility are important factors in deciding whether or not to perform a specific asana during menstrual period. As a general rule, handstand or any bodily inverse or asanas that involved much strength and/or twisting are not recommended during menstrual period. But on the contrary, asanas that are more relaxing and stretch-focus can help relief pelvic muscles and backache caused by menstruation.
