FITNESS 健身系列簡介

TRX是懸吊式阻抗訓練(Total Body Resistance Exercise),屬一種全身性的肌力訓練,利用使用者的體重作為阻力,運動的強度也能夠透過傾斜角度和姿勢做調整。

TRX is a suspension type resistance training (Total Body Resistance Exercise), which is a kind of whole-body muscle strength training. It uses the user's body weight as resistance, and the intensity of exercise can also be adjusted through the inclination angle and posture.

Tabata模式是講求在短時間內進行高強度的間歇訓練,將肌肉操到極限,加強心肺功能、燃燒脂肪。

Tabata mode is to emphasize high-intensity interval training in a short period of time, exercise muscles to the limit, strengthen cardiopulmonary function, and burn fat.

徒手健身利用自己身體重量作為阻力,可以在訓練中不使用任何器材,也不受特定場所限制的運動,例子:伏地挺身,仰臥起坐,引體向上等。

Calisthenics uses your own body weight as resistance, and you can exercise without using any equipment during training and is not restricted by a specific place. Examples: push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, etc.



普拉提集合瑜珈、舞蹈、體操的身體訓練。普拉提結合了東方運動的心靈練習和西方運動的肌肉體能訓練。透過舞蹈和各式動作,以強化身體核心肌群及加強肌肉耐力,從而達至修身目的。

Pilates combines yoga, dance, and gymnastics for physical training. Pilates combines the spiritual exercises of the Eastern movement with the muscular and physical training of the Western movement. Through dance and various movements, the core muscles of the body are strengthened and muscle endurance is enhanced, so as to achieve the purpose of self-cultivation.



爆脂減肥結合獨特的呼吸節奏來提高動作訓練的效率,訓練過程會鍛鍊靈敏度及肌肉的柔韌性增加肌肉線條、加強心肺功能、大量燃燒多餘脂肪、促進新陳代謝,塑造身體線條。

Body Combat通過上半身打拳、下半身踢腿動作進行鍛煉,內容受武術動作啟發,過程包括非接觸性、簡單易學的大運動量訓練課程。

Body Combat uses upper body punches and lower body kicks to work out. The content is inspired by martial arts movements. The process includes non-contact, easy-to-learn high-volume training sessions.
