All instructors at Enjoyce are professionally trained and are passionate about yoga and fitness. After each lesson, our instructors are happy to share their experience with our members. These interactions help our members to gain a deeper understanding of yoga & fitness practices. Collectively, our instructors cover many teaching styles, they are very often fun and lighthearted, member-focused and dedicated to their arts. At Enjoyce, all members should be able to find a suitable instructor who resonates with their styles and preferences.

Joyce is the chief instructor of Enjoyce Yoga and has over 10 years of yoga teaching experience.

Toffee於2011年考取專業認可國際瑜伽導師資歷Yoga Alliance HKYA-ACI200，曾在香港瑜伽比賽取得亞軍。現為B.Gs唱跳組合成員及全職瑜伽導師。上課氣氛愉快，正面鼓勵學生。Toffee注重核心肌肉訓練，透過反覆的練習，令學生不停進步。她相信，持之以恆的練習，能令人變得更美，更自信。所以愛美和想擁有馬甲線的同學，就不要錯過Toffee的課堂！
Toffee passed the Yoga Alliance HKYA-ACI200, a professionally recognized international yoga instructor qualification in 2011, and was the first runner-up in the Hong Kong Yoga Competition.
Currently a member of B.GS singing band and dancing group as well as working as a full-time yoga instructor. Her classes are pleasant and full of positive energy. Professionally Toffee focuses on core muscle training, through repeated exercises, Toffee helps students to improve their overall fitness. Co老師在 2013 年考取專業認可國際瑜伽導師牌。曾於多間私人企業及瑜伽中心任教，對於教授和練習瑜伽有多年經驗，特別醉心於空中瑜伽教學，吸引了不少粉絲來上課。她是一個有耐性的人，課堂上時常關心學生，希望透過軟硬兼施的教學態度，循序漸進的教學方式，與所有人分享其熱誠和歡樂。
Instructor Co was awarded the well renowned international yoga instructor license in 2013. She has taught in many private companies and yoga centers. She has many years of experience in teaching and practicing yoga. Co excels in teaching aerial yoga and many of her fans are keen to join her classes. She is a patient instructor and is very meticulous with her students. She shares her enthusiasm and joys with everyone through helping her students to achieve incremental improvement with both soft and hard skills training method.

Man Sir is a qualified Yoga Alliance International Instructor HKYA-ACI®200. He has accumulated more than 15 years of teaching yoga experience and more than 5,000 teaching hours. Marine擁有專業認可國際瑜伽導師資歷Yoga Alliance HKYA-ACI®200。而且有13年的教學經驗，曾任教於不同機構，包括大型高級屋苑會所、職公盟、救世軍、醫管局、恒生銀行、美容中心及公司班，現時主要教授一對一私人班。Marine着重每一個動作細節，姿勢體位(alignment)由淺入深，致力令學生在瑜伽路上不斷進步。
Marine has a professionally recognized international yoga instructor qualification Yoga Alliance HKYA-ACI®200. She has 13 years of teaching experience in yoga. She has taught in many types of organizations, including clubs of large-scale high-end housing estate, professional unions, Salvation Army, Hospital Authority, Hang Seng Bank, beauty centers and company classes. Currently, she mainly teaches one-on-one private classes. .
Marine focuses on every details of each yoga asana. She will help students to do an asana, from simple to eventually complex steps.

Rachel gained the world renowned instructor Yoga Alliance HKYA-ACI®200 in 2014 and has taught in many different large yoga centers. Rachel looks gentle, but her classes are serious and often challenging. She is very enthusiastic about yoga. In her class, heavy pouring of your sweat is all too common. Even though the workout is tough, Rachel will encourage you to persevere. It maybe tiring but you will feel the job after the hard exercises. You will fall in love with yoga under Rachel.

Wah Wong passed the professionally recognized international yoga instructor brand Yoga Alliance HKYA-ACI®200 in 2015. He has taught in many large yoga centers. Wah Wong is kind and friendly, teaching meticulously, and pays attention to correcting every posture and movement of students.
Teacher Wah Wong will study the poses carefully and try to give more guidance to students of different levels, so that students can master the correct poses of various poses.
Tinki教授瑜伽十年，除了持有專業認可國際瑜伽導師牌 Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher RYT200®️。還考取了Kundalini Yoga導師、喜馬拉雅頌鉢，也是美國認可的催眠治療師。擅長教導治療瑜伽、冥想，除了可以改善身體的痛症，也讓心靈減壓、回復平靜。
Tinki has taught yoga for ten years, in addition to holding the professionally recognized Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher RYT200®️. She also passed the Kundalini Yoga instructor, the Himalayan Singing Bowl, and is also a US approved hypnotherapist.

Since taking the first yoga class in 2008, Yoki has fallen in love with yoga. Yoga has become an indispensable part of her life and becoming a yoga teacher is part of her dream. In order to achieve the first step of her dream, Yoki first completed the 200-hours of hot yoga teacher training and 50-hours of aerial yoga teacher training in 2014. Her yoga teaching career began in 2014. Even after becoming a teacher, Yoki keeps learning and advance herself. In 2016, Yoki completed the second 200-hour Hatha Yoga teacher training and 20-hour yoga wheel teacher training. Yoki hopes that her students can use yoga practices to calm their minds, open their hearts and learn more about themselves.

Cally 自2015年10 月開始練習瑜伽及空中瑜伽。並在2017 年考取200小時瑜伽導師證書及在2019 年進修200 Hrs Advanced Hatha Yoga Teacher Training 導師證書，開始了教授瑜伽生涯。不斷的練習和學習令她加深對瑜伽的認知，喜歡與學生分享瑜伽的樂趣。
Cally has been practicing yoga and aerial yoga since October 2015. In 2017, she passed the 200-hour yoga teacher certificate and the 200-hour Advanced Hatha Yoga Teacher Training certificate in 2019, and started his career in teaching yoga. Continuous practice and learning have deepened her yoga knowledge of yoga. She likes to share the joy of yoga with students.
Teacher Ginny is a mother. She believes that busy women should have a healthy body and mind. She likes to share her experiences in doing exercise among a heavy daily schedule. Ginny does not have a naturally flexible physique, she understands well all the difficulties in learning the path of yoga.
Therefore, instead of trying to do very difficult poses, Ginny focuses more on the rhythm of the exercises, and be fully aware of their own bodies. Ginny will show to her students ways to identify suitable and useful yoga exercises.
Mini 老師是一位媽媽， 擁有國際認可專業瑜伽導師牌Yoga Alliance RYT-200，同時已教授瑜珈超過5年。主要教授地面瑜珈及瑜伽輪；對舒緩痛症很有心得，並著重式子對同學身體及心靈上的幫助。Mini 對瑜伽充滿熱誠，喜愛小班教學，會細心糾正及改善學生式子。每次上堂過後同學都說好像釋放了不少壓力及負能量；尤其本身患有痛症及都市病的學生均表示得到顯著的改善。希望你也能透過Mini的課堂享受瑜珈！
