The Stretch Series is specially designed to improve flexibility through a series of gentle stretching movements that help release muscle tension and increase range of motion. These classes guide you on how to stretch properly to avoid injury and promote blood circulation. Whether for recovery after workouts or to improve daily posture, this series provides valuable assistance.

The Wellness Series focuses on balancing and nurturing the mind, body, and spirit, combining breathing techniques, meditation, and gentle movements. These classes aim to help participants release stress, enhance self-awareness, and promote the body's natural healing abilities. Here, you will learn how to maintain inner peace in daily life and improve overall health and happiness.

課堂守則 Class Rules

請注意以下事項,好好享受課堂!

  1. 上堂前10分鐘到達,遲到超過10分鐘不能進入。
  2. 進入課室前請脫鞋。
  3. 如有身體不適或任何健康問題,必須上堂前通知導師。
  4. 上課前請關閉手提電話或調較至靜音模式,以免影響課堂。
  5. 請勿在課堂中拍攝錄影,或錄音。
  6. 如使用我們公司的儲物櫃,必須即日歸還鑰匙,逾時歸還每天收取行政費$100。
  7. 如患有高/低血壓患者、眩暈症者、身體有劇烈疼痛或者手術後處於恢復階段者、腕管綜合症患者、嚴重的骨質疏鬆症患者、嚴重頸腰椎病患者、耳雜感染及視網膜脫落患者,均不宜練習倒立動作或倒吊空中動作,請上課前與導師溝通,如身體有任何不適,應即時停止上課。


Please pay attention to the following matters to enjoy the class!

  1. Arrive 10 minutes before class; latecomers arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be allowed to enter.
  2. Please remove your shoes before entering the classroom.
  3. If you have any health issues or feel unwell, you must inform the instructor before class.
  4. Please turn off your mobile phones or set them to silent mode before class to avoid disturbing others.
  5. Recording videos or audio during class is not permitted.
  6. If you use our company’s lockers, you must return the key on the same day. A late return will incur an administrative fee of $100 per day.
  7. Individuals with high/low blood pressure, dizziness, severe pain, those in recovery from surgery, carpal tunnel syndrome, severe osteoporosis, severe cervical or lumbar spine disorders, ear infections, and retinal detachment should avoid practicing inversions or hanging exercises. Please communicate with the instructor before class, and if you feel any discomfort, you should stop attending the class immediately.
