STRETCH & RELAX SERIES 簡介

香薰具有鎮靜情緒、舒緩壓力的作用。導師以天然的香薰精油或蠟燭,營造令人放鬆的氣氛。配合呼吸法和溫和的伸展式子,繃緊的神經得以放鬆,疼痛的肌肉得到治療,生活中的種種壓力亦暫時得以釋放。

  

Aromatherapy can calm emotions and relieve stress. The instructor uses natural aromatherapy oils or candles to create a relaxing atmosphere. With the right breathing exercises and gentle stretching poses, tense nerves are relaxed, painful muscles are treated, and various stresses in life are temporarily released.
