CLASSIC YOGA 簡介

基礎哈達瑜伽,旨在進一步提升同學對各種基本式子的掌握,培養身心的覺知。導師會帶領同學進行呼吸法練習,並且詳細講解更多不同的基本式子,糾正同學的動作,令肌肉力量得以逐步提升,加強身體的伸展能力,為進階式子打好基礎。

  

Basic Hatha Yoga aims to further enhance students' mastery of various basic poses and cultivate physical and mental awareness. The instructor will lead the students to practice breathing methods and explain in more details about different asanas, finetuning and correct the student movements, as such muscle strength can be gradually improved, and the body's stretching ability can be enhanced and to lay a good foundation for the advanced practices.

剛接觸瑜伽的同學,適合從基礎瑜伽開始。透過簡單的伸展動作,讓同學學會感受自己身體,同時掌握瑜伽的入門式子——「拜日式」,令初學者也能體會瑜伽為您帶來的平和。

  

Students who are new to yoga are suitable to start with basic yoga. Through simple stretching exercises, students can learn to feel their own body, and at the same time master the introductory method of yoga-"sun salutation", so that beginners can also experience the peace that yoga brings to you.

哈達瑜伽導師亦會提供協助,讓同學挑戰自我,嘗試較高難度的式子,例如倒立動作,協助學員踏上進階的瑜伽之路。

  

A continuation of the basic Hatha Yoga, Hatha Yoga provides students with opportunities to practice more different types of advanced poses, which will help to improve their muscle strength and endurance.

Hatha Yoga instructors will provide assistance, allowing students to challenge themselves and try more difficult poses, such as inverted yoga asanas. This will help students to embark and prepared for more an advanced yoga training.

 雪山派瑜伽瑜伽作為一種修煉,其淵源源遠流長。雪山派瑜伽重視傳統序列(Sequence),由導師引領、按既定進程經歷12個傳統動作,並以誦唱儀式標誌課堂的開始和終結,為同學帶來一次身心調和的體會。


Snow Mountain School Yoga as a yoga practice has a long history. Snow Mountain Yoga attaches great importance to the traditional sequence. Guided by the instructor, students will experienced 12 traditional movements according to the established process, and marked the beginning and end of the class with a chanting ceremony, giving students an experience of reconciling the body and mind.

梵文 Vinyasa是「連貫」的意思,透過一連串的式子,串連不同體位和動作;同時配合呼吸法,為肌肉注入能量,令你同時感受到身體柔軟度與體能的提升。

  

The Sanskrit word Vinyasa means "coherence". Through a series of streaming poses, different postures and movements are linked together. Simultaneously, in conjunction with the breathing exercises, it injects energy into the muscles and one can feel the improvement of body softness and enhanced physical energy.

瑜伽講究對於身體的覺查,令心身得以合一。平衡瑜伽通過一系列的平衡動作練習,包括手、腳平衡式子以及倒立動作,提升身體的平衡力與肌肉的協調。鍛鍊身體核心力量的穩定之餘,亦可加強思想的專注力。對於有一定經驗的練習者而言,是挑戰自我的良機。

  

Yoga Balance pays attention to the awareness of the body, in a way that allows the mind and body be united. Balance Yoga uses a series of balance exercises, including hand and foot balancing poses and inverted movements to improve the body balance and enhance the coordination of muscles. Exercising the stability of the core strength of the body can also strengthen the concentration of the mind. For practitioners with some experience, it is a good way to poses a higher challenge for themselves.
