融合 Fusion

 

香薰放鬆課堂中,導師會利用植物所萃取出的精油作為媒介,同時練習各種簡單的伸展動作,以及透過長時間維持動作,專注呼吸、放鬆身體的結締組織,療癒放鬆心靈同時保健身體。 A relaxing practice with aroma from natural essential oils. This class will focus on slow-paced, simple stretching poses. Encouraging students to focus on breathwork, stretching the connective tissue in the body. Students will experience a healing and relaxing practice and benefit on both mental health and physical health.

 頌缽瑜伽將頌缽的聲音與瑜伽體位結合,創造放鬆且治療的環境。在課程中,導師在開始或結束時敲擊頌缽,以引導學員專注於呼吸,進一步提升瑜伽效果。頌缽的音波有助於穩定情緒,促進身心靈的和諧,特別適合壓力大和難以放鬆的人。學員在舒緩音色的陪伴下,釋放壓力,感受內在的平靜與安詳,達到更深層的冥想狀態。 Students who continue to practice can use the yoga wheel to challenge advanced yoga movements or core, muscle strength training, practice deep balance of the human body, and exercises with deep coordination. It can also be used as a training tool to prepare for difficult movements, such as: Hand balance movements such as handstand and forearm handstand. 

 「Less Pain」項目專注於幫助香港人緩解常見的疼痛問題,透過使用瑜伽器材如瑜伽球、瑜伽磚及拉伸帶,針對疼痛部位進行放鬆和改善姿勢。參加者將由專業指導,學習正確的運動和休息方法,以減少肌肉緊張和不適感。在活動中,我們首先進行快速評估,以了解每位參加者的狀況,然後進行熱身和針對性訓練,最後以放鬆練習和姿勢糾正總結全程,確保參加者能有效應用所學,改善他們的生活質量。 The "Less Pain" project focuses on helping people in Hong Kong alleviate common pain issues by using yoga equipment such as yoga balls, yoga blocks, and resistance bands to relax painful areas and improve posture. Participants will receive professional guidance on correct movement and resting methods to reduce muscle tension and discomfort. The session begins with a quick assessment to understand each participant's condition, followed by warm-ups and targeted training. It concludes with relaxation exercises and posture correction to ensure participants can effectively apply what they've learned and improve their quality of life.
