融合 Fusion

 空中瑜伽一級課程旨在介紹基本知識,包括空中瑜伽的歷史、安全守則及吊床使用方法。課程還包括教學技巧、如何安排課程及調整動作,並強調安全知識和突發事件應對。學員也會進行必要的肌肉訓練,為進一步的學習打下基礎。 Aerial yoga does not have to be intense. It uses the force of gravity to stretch the body through hammock. The class focuses on opening the shoulders and stretching the leg muscles, including introductory exercises of head inversion, which can effectively improve spinal problems, effectively promote lymph and blood circulation, relax muscles, relieve pain and discomfort, and adjust posture. Suitable for people who want to relax their body and mind and relieve aches and pains. 

 空中瑜伽一級課程旨在介紹基本知識,包括空中瑜伽的歷史、安全守則及吊床使用方法。課程還包括教學技巧、如何安排課程及調整動作,並強調安全知識和突發事件應對。學員也會進行必要的肌肉訓練,為進一步的學習打下基礎。 The Level One Aerial Yoga course aims to introduce fundamental knowledge, including the history of aerial yoga, safety guidelines, and the proper use of hammocks. The course also covers teaching techniques, class organization, and how to adjust poses, emphasizing safety and emergency response. Participants will engage in necessary muscle training to build a solid foundation for further learning. 

 空中瑜伽二級課程建立在一級的基礎上,著重於更進階的體位法。學員將學習高級動作,例如倒立、翻轉及旋轉技術,還會融合流動瑜伽的元素,形成柔和的動作鏈。此課程也強調教學技巧,幫助學員指導其他學生完成各種動作。此外,加強學員的體能和手臂力量,以應對較高難度的練習,是二級課程的重要組成部分。 The Level Two Aerial Yoga course builds on the foundation established in Level One, focusing on more advanced poses. Students will learn high-level techniques such as inversions, flips, and spins, incorporating elements of flow yoga to create smooth movement sequences. This course also emphasizes teaching skills, assisting students in guiding others through various poses. Additionally, enhancing physical fitness and arm strength to tackle more challenging practices is a crucial component of the Level Two curriculum. 

 空中呼拉圈課程結合舞蹈和瑜伽的元素,旨在提高學員的靈活性、核心力量和平衡感。課程內容包括基本技巧,如旋轉、翻滾及懸吊動作,並逐漸引入高級技巧。每堂課通常以熱身開始,然後進行動作練習,最後進行放鬆和伸展。教練會提供個別指導,幫助學員安全地掌握技巧,同時強調正確姿勢和呼吸技巧。課程適合各個水平的學員,增強身心協調與自信。 The Aerial Hoop class combines elements of dance and yoga, aiming to enhance students' flexibility, core strength, and balance. The course covers basic techniques such as spinning, rolling, and suspension, gradually introducing more advanced skills. Each session typically begins with a warm-up, followed by movement practice and concluding with relaxation and stretching. Instructors provide individual guidance to help students safely master techniques while emphasizing proper posture and breathing techniques. The class is suitable for all skill levels, promoting body-mind coordination and boosting confidence. 

 利用瑜伽輪幫助擴張胸部和肩膀、伸展髖部肌肉,達至舒筋減壓效果,亦可緩解日常姿勢不當帶來的疲勞。 By using the yoga wheel to help expand the chest and shoulders, stretch the hip muscles, achieve muscle relaxation and stress relief, and relieve fatigue caused by improper daily postures. 

 持續練習的同學可利用瑜伽輪來挑戰進階的瑜伽動作或核心、肌力訓練、練習人體深度平衡、具深度協調的緞練,也可作為高難度動作預備式子的緞練工具,例如:手倒立、手前臂倒立等手平衡動作。 Students who continue to practice can use the yoga wheel to challenge advanced yoga movements or core, muscle strength training, practice deep balance of the human body, and exercises with deep coordination. It can also be used as a training tool to prepare for difficult movements, such as: Hand balance movements such as handstand and forearm handstand.
