瑜伽 Yoga

 剛接觸瑜伽的學員,適合從初階瑜伽開始。 透過簡單的伸展動作,及能掌握瑜伽的入門式子——「拜日式」,令初學者也能體會瑜伽帶來的平和感受身體。 If you are new to yoga, I would recommend trying a Beginner Yoga class. You'll get simple stretching, basic yoga movement and sun saluation to develop a better connection between body and mind. 

 "陰陽瑜珈一種充滿活力的練習與深度伸展運動相結合,融合了強化和軟化元素,旨在平衡身體。 陽瑜伽的練習是着重於身體各部位肌肉的控制力與肌力訓練,並提升心肺功能及新陳代謝.陰瑜伽的練習則著重於肌肉伸展,釋放髖關節、脊椎周邊肌肉的緊繃,運用呼吸與放鬆的方式以進入深度的延展. 陰陽瑜伽由淺入深,可依照每個人目前身體的能力來進行,適合各種不同程度的瑜伽練習者。" "Yin Yang Yoga is a dynamic practice combined with deep stretching that incorporates strengthening and softening elements designed to balance the body. The practice of Yang yoga focuses on the control and strength training of muscles in various parts of the body, and improves cardiopulmonary function and metabolism. The practice of Yin yoga focuses on muscle stretching, releasing the tightness of muscles around the hip joints and spine, and using breathing and A way to relax into deep stretches. Yin-Yang Yoga progresses from shallow to deep, and can be performed according to each person's current physical ability, and is suitable for yoga practitioners of all levels."

This pace challenges your strength and flexibility. The instructor provides assistance for the students are willing to challenge themselves and approach advanced poses, such as head stand, backbend. 

 瘦身瑜伽結合瑜伽及健身,節奏較快,強調呼吸的節奏與動作的配合,針對腹部/手臂/大腿的鍛鍊,從而提高新陳代謝,加快體內脂肪的燃燒及改善體態。 Slim yoga incorporates yoga and fitness, which focuses on controlling both the posture and the breath. Like all physical activities epsecially core training and twisting, it helps to releases toxins through sweat and burns more calories than most traditional forms of yoga. Therefore it can help with weight loss.helps on loosing weight and improving the shape of your body. 

 梵文Vinyasa是「連貫」的意思,瑜伽流透過一連串的式子,串連不同體位和動作;同時配合呼吸法,為肌肉注入能量,令你同時感受到身體柔軟度與體能的提升。 Vinyasa flow is a dynamic yoga style characterized by continual movements that flow in harmony with the breath. The poses in a Vinyasa class are linked together to form a fast-paced sequence with the main focus on building strength and flexibility. 

 暖流瑜伽是一種強調與呼吸同步流暢動作的動態瑜伽風格。通常在早晨進行,這種序列有助於喚醒身體、增強柔韌性,並為接下來的一天帶來精神清晰。傳統的晨間流瑜伽課程包括一系列的日出敬禮和各種體位,旨在提高力量和活動範圍。這種有節奏的流動方式鼓勵正念和當下意識,是積極開始一天的絕佳方式。無論你是初學者還是經驗豐富的練習者,晨間流瑜伽都有助於喚醒身體,為日常挑戰做好準備。 Warm flow is a dynamic style of yoga that emphasizes flowing movements synchronized with breath. Typically practiced in the morning, this sequence energizes the body, enhances flexibility, and fosters mental clarity for the day ahead. A typical morning Vinyasa class includes a series of sun salutations and various postures that build strength and increase mobility. The rhythmic flow encourages mindfulness and present-moment awareness, making it an excellent way to start the day positively. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, morning Vinyasa helps to awaken the body and prepare the mind for daily challenges.
