Ivy has a professional recognized international yoga instructor license, Yoga Alliance HKYA-ACI ® 200. Ivy has been practicing yoga for many years and truly understands the difficulties of learning yoga from scratch. Ivy has developed a set of teaching techniques particularly for beginners. Ivy believes that by teaching with passions and helping the students at every stages, all students will slowly overcome the learning difficulties. Through interactions with students, Ivy provides lots of fun in learning yoga and feel its benefits too.
Nicola 對瑜伽的熱情來自於她的親身經歷。她之前在公立醫院做醫生,工時長,壓力大,發現瑜伽令她改善身體姿勢及精神健康。Nicola樂於在課堂上分享不同的瑜伽動作,平衡肌肉耐力鍛煉及身體的柔軟度,結合她細心的糾正,循序漸進地令學生感覺到身體的進步。Nicola希望可以令更多同學可以跟她一樣了解瑜伽的好處,一起練習瑜伽,鍛煉身心,從而享受健康人生。Nicola 持有200 Yoga Alliance瑜伽導師資格
Nicola's passion for yoga comes from her own experience. She used to be a doctor in a public hospital and worked long hours under great pressure. Nicola found that Yoga improved her physical posture and mental health. Nicola is happy to share the different techniques in performing yoga asana in classes - balancing muscles strength endurance and flexibility – together with her corrective palpation, students will acquire a sense of progress in their bodies. Nicola hopes that more students can feel the benefits of yoga through practicing together and do exercises for their body and mind, and enjoy a healthy life. Nicola holds the 200 Yoga Alliance Instructor qualification
Erica Lai練習瑜伽多年,喜歡瑜伽的多元化和循序漸進的步伐。比起挑戰高難道式子,Erica更著重於基礎練習和伸展,將瑜伽融入生活,從而改善習慣和姿勢,透過瑜伽平靜心靈和感受身體變化。
Erica has practiced yoga for many years and loves the vast diversity of yoga styles. She likes the yoga emphasis on gradualism and incremental changes. Erica focuses more on the foundation of yoga practices and emphasize on flexibility training. Erica believes in integrating yoga philosophy into the daily lives. This has the effect of developing habits and better body postures, calming the mind and feel the bodily changes through yoga exercises.
Dee Nicole 自2018年開始接觸瑜珈。剛開始接觸瑜珈時,以為瑜珈單純是伸展與式子的表現。但後來明白練習式子的同時,亦可鍛練力量和加強自我意識。 練習瑜珈更令自己身心放鬆。Dee Nicole 想將自己在練習瑜珈所得到的正能量分享給學生。希望透過課堂的式子練習與協助,令學生了解自己的身體,以循序漸進的方式去調整身體,繼而於練習瑜珈時忘卻日常的煩惱,專注聆聽自己身體感受。
Dee Nicole has been exposed to yoga since 2018. When Nicole first came into contact with yoga, she thought yoga was simply a stretching and a set of fitness exercises. Nicole later realized that while practicing yoga asanas, yoga could also help to improve strength and sharpen self-awareness. Practicing yoga makes you more relaxed. Dee Nicole would like to share with her students the positive energy derived from yoga practices. Dee Nicole hopes that through yoga practices with her assistance, her students can be more in tune with their bodies and adjust their postures step-by-step, this helps to reduce the stress from daily routines and listen to their body sensations
Carol 擁有隨行的風格,認為所有的成功都是一點一滴的進步而建,而每次進步所帶來的那份推動力,正正是喜歡瑜珈的原因。沒有強行追求一次性成功的必要,在教學中,以輕鬆簡單動作著手,使同學漸漸容領悟及掌握正確姿勢。希望從過程中帶動別人體驗身體變化的奇妙。
Carol has a carefree style and believes that all success is built by cumulating all the little progresses. The drive brought by each little progress is the reason why Carol likes yoga. It is not necessary to forcibly pursue a one-time success in yoga. In yoga teaching, start with easy and simple actions, so that students can gradually understand and master the correct posture. Carol hopes to show to her students and experience the joys of positive physical changes.
Erica Wong擁有四年瑜珈練習經驗,相信在瑜珈的道路上,每人的練習步伐未必一致,希望用過往經驗輔助學生尋找其合適的練習節奏。同時,亦會鼓勵學生不斷挑戰自己,使學生在每次練習中都能更了解自己的身體,感受身體內每一點微妙的變化,並能在忙碌的生活中找到平衡。
Erica has four years of experience in yoga practice. She believes that everyone should have their own pace in doing their yoga practices. Erica would help her students in setting their own yoga training targets. Erica uses her past experience to assist her students to achieve this goal. At the same time, students are also encouraged to continue to challenge themselves, so that students can understand their body better in each exercise, feel every subtle change in the body, and find balance in a busy life
